Three mechanisms. Nothing else decides a Race.

01Qualification: Hold at least of circulating supply and the wallet enters the next Field. One Racer per Holder, whatever the size of the holding.
02The Race: The Field is snapshotted and locked at the Gate. The Engine decides the outcome and the broadcast plays it out. Nothing to pick, nothing to bet.
03The Purse: Creator Fees fund the Purse Pool and each Race pays a fixed share of it. Purses are sent automatically and are only marked paid once the chain confirms.
